Coaching service
Coaching is an educational service based on analysis, practice, and feedback. Results depend on many factors, including your practice and circumstances. HONE does not guarantee a particular rank, score, team placement, or competitive result.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate application and scheduling information, attend prepared, communicate respectfully, follow applicable game and platform rules, and do not share private workspace access or client codes. Harassment, cheating, abuse, or misuse of the service may result in access being suspended or ended.
Scheduling, payment, and cancellation
Prices, included work, timing, and payment terms are those shown or confirmed in writing for your package. Scheduling changes, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy and any package-specific written terms supplied before purchase.
Content and recordings
You confirm that you are allowed to share any VOD, replay, image, or other material you submit. You keep ownership of your material and allow HONE to use it only as reasonably necessary to provide the service. HONE will not publish identifiable client material as a testimonial or public case study without permission.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the site and coaching tools available, but interruptions can occur. To the extent permitted by law, HONE is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or coaching. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Minors, changes, and contact
If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must review and approve the purchase. We may update these terms for future use of the service; the effective date identifies the current version. Questions can be sent through the official HONE Discord linked in the footer.
